About Becki
Becki has been involved with professional sport for the last 25 years. She is a former professional tennis player, reaching a career-high singles ranking of 560 and doubles ranking of 506 on the WTA, ranked in the top 12 of the UK.
Becki trained and continues to work with Mike Antoniades at The Running School, gaining in-depth knowledge of biomechanics, movement re-education, and injury prevention. She is committed to helping individuals of all ages and abilities unlock more efficient movement patterns to enable speed and agility, which reduces the risk of injury.
By analysing existing movement patterns, she designs tailored programmes that build high-performance habits, support injury rehabilitation, and help athletes stay healthy, perform at their best, and enjoy more time playing the sport they love.
